Portcullis House (PCH) is an office building serving the House of Parliament that was commissioned in 1992 and opened in 2001 to provide offices for 213 members of parliament and their staff.  Less than 10 years after construction the catering flooring required refurbishment in order to comply with health and safety regulations.
